⛔Risk warning
1. Educational purpose only
ChainStreet Research is an educational research platform for self-directed investors and traders who want to think more clearly about markets. Every artifact on the Platform — charts, scoring, signals, theses, plays, predictions, scenarios, narratives, screeners, AI Copilot responses, course content, community posts — is offered for informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not investment advice
ChainStreet Research is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, or commodity trading advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or any other regulator. We do not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, retirement, estate, accounting, or legal advice. Nothing on the Platform is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, commodity, digital asset, or other financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before acting on anything you read, see, or hear on the Platform, consult a licensed professional who knows your specific situation.
3. AI limitations
The Decision Engine, Copilot, signals, theses, predictions, plays, narratives, what-if scenarios, screeners, and chat features rely on large language models and other machine-learning systems (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs have well-documented limitations:
- Hallucination: AI may invent facts, prices, citations, or events that never happened.
- Stale knowledge: Models have training cutoffs and may not reflect current rules, news, or prices.
- Statistical reasoning, not causal: AI pattern-matches; it does not understand markets the way a domain expert does.
- Anchoring & bias: Outputs can be biased by your prompt or the data the model was trained on.
- Non-determinism: Two users with the same prompt may get materially different outputs.
You agree to treat AI Outputs as a brainstorming and research aid, never as advice, and to verify any claim independently before relying on it.
4. Data sources, delays, and quality
Market data on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, cached, approximated, incomplete, or inconsistent. The Platform should never be your sole input for an execution decision.

Provider list and delay characteristics are illustrative and may change. Always confirm execution-grade prices with your broker.
5. Third-party services
The Platform integrates third-party services we do not control. These include payment processors (Whop, Stripe), identity providers (Google), AI model providers (Abacus.AI Routes), email delivery, push notifications, market-data vendors, and analytics. We are not responsible for outages, data errors, or policy changes by these third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms.
6. Backtests, simulations, and paper trading
Backtests, simulations, and paper-trading results displayed on the Platform are hypothetical. They do not reflect actual trading and may not account for slippage, market impact, fees, taxes, liquidity constraints, or psychological factors. Real-world results will differ materially.
7. Prediction markets
Prediction-market data displayed on the Platform is for informational purposes. Prediction markets are regulated differently across jurisdictions, are illegal for U.S. residents on some venues, and carry counterparty, liquidity, and settlement risk. Confirm legality and rules before participating.
8. Digital-asset (crypto) risk
Digital assets are highly volatile, unregulated in most jurisdictions, vulnerable to fraud and hacks, and subject to total loss. Smart-contract bugs, bridge exploits, exchange insolvency, and protocol changes can permanently destroy value. The Platform does not custody, transfer, or facilitate trading of digital assets.
9. Performance disclaimer
Any performance numbers, leaderboards, or returns shown on the Platform reference paper-trading or self-reported community results unless specifically labeled “audited.” They are not verified by an independent third party and should not be used to make investment decisions.
10. Jurisdictional notice
The Platform is operated from the United States. We make no representation that any content is appropriate or legal in your jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. The Platform is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where its use is restricted.
