⚠Plain-English summary
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ChainStreet Research (the “Platform,” “Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by our Privacy Policy, Disclosures & Risk, EULA, and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the Platform.
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not on any sanctions or denied-party list. The Platform is not directed at children under 18.
2. Nature of the Service — educational only, not investment advice
ChainStreet Research is a market research, data analytics, and educational platform. We aggregate publicly available market data, present analytical tools, and generate AI-driven research content for self-directed users. Access is sold on a subscription, one-time license, or beta basis.
We do not:
- Provide personalized investment, financial, tax, retirement, estate, accounting, or legal advice.
- Act as your fiduciary, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, swap dealer, or commodity trading advisor.
- Execute trades, route orders, custody assets, hold customer funds, or maintain brokerage relationships.
- Recommend any specific security, asset, position size, allocation, leverage, or strategy as suitable for any specific person.
- Guarantee returns, accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any signal, model, prediction, or backtest.
Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, digital asset, or other financial instrument. Before making any investment decision, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
3. AI-generated content — inherent limitations
A substantial portion of the Platform (including the Decision Engine, Copilot, signals, theses, predictions, plays, narratives, what-if scenarios, screeners, and chat) is produced by large language models and other machine-learning systems (collectively, “AI Outputs”). AI Outputs are generated probabilistically and may be:
- Factually incorrect, outdated, internally inconsistent, or hallucinated;
- Based on training data, prompts, or context that contain errors or biases;
- Unable to incorporate breaking news, intra-second price action, or jurisdiction-specific rules; and
- Materially different from outputs another user receives for an identical prompt.
You agree that you will independently verify any AI Output before relying on it for any purpose, and you accept that ChainStreet Research has no liability for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any AI Output.
4. Market data — sources, delays, and limitations
Market data, fundamentals, on-chain metrics, social signals, and reference data displayed on the Platform are obtained from third-party providers (including, without limitation, CoinGecko, CryptoCompare, Yahoo Finance, Alpha Vantage, FRED, Polygon.io, Twelve Data, the SEC EDGAR system, and exchange-published feeds). Such data:
- May be delayed by minutes, hours, or longer relative to the source exchange;
- May be cached, approximated, or interpolated for performance reasons;
- May contain errors, omissions, or contradictions between providers;
- Is not guaranteed to be “real-time,” “official,” “regulated,” or fit for execution decisions; and
- May be revoked, throttled, or replaced by the upstream provider without notice.
You should not use Platform data as your sole input for any trade, hedging, or risk-management decision. Always consult your broker or a regulated market-data feed for execution-grade information. See Disclosures & Risk for the full data-vendor table.
5. Third-party integrations and links
The Platform integrates third-party services (payment processors such as Whop and Stripe, identity providers such as Google, analytics tools, email-delivery services, push-notification services, AI model providers, and data vendors) and may display links to third-party websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, terms, security, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.
6. Accounts, security, and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current. You may not:
- Share, transfer, sublicense, sell, or rent your account or access credentials;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, or systematically harvest the Platform or its data;
- Use the Platform to provide unauthorized investment advice, manage other people’s money, or operate a copy-trading or signal-resale service;
- Use the Platform to commit market manipulation, insider trading, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity;
- Bypass rate limits, tier gates, or technical restrictions; or
- Interfere with the Platform’s integrity, security, or availability.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
7. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or one-time basis through our payment partners (currently Whop). Pricing, features, and tier gates may change with notice. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. See our Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
All software, copy, branding, layouts, signals, methodologies, scoring systems, and AI prompts on the Platform are the property of ChainStreet Research or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial research. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., notes, watchlists, community posts), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Platform.
9. Disclaimers of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainStreet Research disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted service, and freedom from viruses. No advice or information obtained from the Platform creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainStreet Research, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChainStreet Research and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms; (ii) your use of the Platform; (iii) any trading or investment decision you make; or (iv) any violation of law or third-party right by you.
12. Governing law, arbitration, and class-action waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You and ChainStreet Research each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product banner at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, Sections 8–12, 14, and 16 of these Terms survive.
15. Contact
For questions about these Terms, formal legal notices, or data-subject requests, contact [email protected].
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChainStreet Research regarding the Platform. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor.
