Subscription billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility for ChainStreet Research.

TL;DR

Every account starts with a free 7-day Pro trial so you can evaluate the full platform before paying anything. Because of that, all paid purchases are final sale — no refunds on monthly, annual, or lifetime plans. You can cancel any time from Settings to stop future billing. 1. Free 7-day Pro trial

Every new account includes a free 7-day Pro trial with full access to every signal, AI thesis, screener, and Lab tool. No credit card required. The trial exists so you can test-drive the entire product before committing a dollar. Use it.

2. Paid subscriptions — final sale

ChainStreet Research is delivered digitally and consumed immediately upon access. Once you start a paid plan, all charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to monthly, annual, lifetime, and one-time-license plans. We do not pro-rate, partial-refund, or unwind subscriptions for unused days, weeks, or months.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel any subscription at any time:

  • Go to Settings and click “Manage subscription.”
  • You will be redirected to our payment partner Whop to manage billing directly.
  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again.

4. Limited exceptions

We will issue refunds only in these specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge. You were billed twice for the same period — we refund the duplicate within 5–10 business days.
  • Accidental upgrade. You upgraded by mistake and contact us within 24 hours, before meaningfully using the upgraded tier.
  • Verified billing error. A platform-side bug charged the wrong amount.
  • Statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law (e.g., EU consumer-protection rules) grants a non-waivable refund right that overrides this policy.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a credit-card chargeback before contacting [email protected] will result in immediate account suspension while we resolve the dispute with the card network. Please reach out first — we are easy to talk to.

6. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, and similar taxes, which are added at checkout based on your billing location. Taxes are remitted by our payment partner.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply only to subscriptions started after the effective date and will be communicated by email at least seven (7) days before they take effect.
