End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a binding contract between you and ChainStreet Research governing the ChainStreet Research web application, progressive web app (PWA), mobile applications (iOS, Android), and any desktop application we publish (collectively, the “Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

Subject to your continued compliance with this EULA, our Terms of Service, and timely payment of applicable subscription fees, ChainStreet Research grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal, non-commercial market research and education.

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Software;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits;
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Software or its outputs;
• Use the Software to provide a competing product, signal-resale service, or copy-trading service;
• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
• Use the Software to scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, license-enforcement, or rate-limiting features.

We may push automatic updates to the Software, including security patches, feature changes, and breaking changes. You agree that we may install such updates without separate consent. Older versions may stop functioning when no longer supported.

The Software incorporates open-source and third-party components subject to their own licenses. A list is available on request from [email protected]. Where any third-party license conflicts with this EULA for that specific component, the third-party license governs.

If you obtained the Software through Apple’s App Store, Google Play, or another distribution platform, the following apply:

• This EULA is between you and ChainStreet Research only — not the app-store operator.
• The app-store operator is not responsible for the Software, its content, support, warranties, IP claims, or product-liability claims.
• App-store operators are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms against you.
• You will use the Software only on devices that comply with the relevant app-store usage rules.

The Software is licensed “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. ChainStreet Research disclaims all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

The limitation-of-liability provisions in our Terms of Service § 10 apply equally to this EULA and are incorporated by reference.

You represent that you are not located in, and are not a national of, any country subject to comprehensive U.S. embargoes, and that you are not on any U.S. or international restricted-party list. You agree not to use the Software for any purpose prohibited by U.S. or applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

This EULA terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete it from your devices. Sections 3, 5, 7–10, and 12 survive termination.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved per Terms of Service § 12.
